1. I purchased advance tickets online through Fandango.com. Can I receive a refund or exchange my tickets?
Before purchasing advance tickets online, we urge you to confirm the title, time, and location of the movie you wish to see. If you cannot attend a showtime for which you have purchased tickets, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or exchanges must be requested prior to showtime. Fandango convenience charges cannot be refunded.
2. I want to bring a large group to the theater. Do you offer special discounts?
Groups of 25 or more can receive a significant discount at the box office during screenings of regularly scheduled films. Please contact the theater directly for more information.
3. Do you offer corporate discounts or bulk ticket-purchase discounts?
Consolidated Theatres ScreenSaver tickets are a great way to save money at the box office. We offer books of 100 general admission tickets for a significant discount off the regular admission ticket price, with some restrictions on new movies and special engagements. ScreenSaver tickets may be purchased directly from our corporate office using the order form found on our website.
4. Can I purchase a gift card online? Do you offer electronic gift cards?
Consolidated Theatres gift cards can be ordered remotely or purchased at the theater box office. To order remotely, please fill out the order form found on our website and submit via fax, email, or standard mail to our corporate office. We do not offer electronic gift cards at this time; however, we are happy to mail your gift card order to you or directly to your recipient.
5. Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes! Consolidated Theatres' EXTRAS offers entertainment with rewards. Join for free at any one of our participating locations, and earn points every time you go to the movies. Learn more or manage your EXTRAS account by visiting www.cinemaextras.com.
6. I have questions about the EXTRAS Rewards Program. How can I learn more?

7. Can I bring outside food and drinks into the theater?
Due to Department of Health regulations, we respectfully ask that you finish your outside food and drinks before entering the theater.
8. Are Consolidated Theatres available to rent for my private event or screening?
Consolidated Theatres are the ideal venue for a wide range of meetings and events - from private parties or corporate gatherings, to film festivals and premiere screenings. Browse the Host an Event section on our website and contact the Events Manager to learn more about our flexible and convenient offerings.
9. How can I find out how long you will be playing a particular film?
Our Film Department reviews our bookings on a weekly basis. Please check the website often as our schedule of films changes regularly. In general, new schedules for a Friday – Thursday week will be posted on the Tuesday prior.
10. I have a movie that I want to play at Consolidated Theatres. Do you accept film submissions?
Consolidated Theatres is happy to view and consider outside film submissions for theatrical engagements. To submit your film for consideration, please contact our Film Department and be prepared to submit a DVD or online screener. Please note that any materials submitted to the Film Department cannot be returned.
If you are interested in hosting a one-time screening or premiere for your film, please contact the Events Manager to request a proposal for your screening event.
11. Do you accept requests for donations to fundraisers, auctions, or other charitable events?
We receive many charitable donation requests for movie passes, event sponsorships, and other contributions. The Angelika is proud to support our community. We allocate all of our available donation funds to select, pre-determined organizations including the Will Rogers Motion Picture Pioneers Foundation and Variety - The Children’s Charity. We feel this is the most effective use of our charitable giving program and therefore we are unable to fulfill additional requests.
12. What is TITAN XC with Dolby Atmos?
Featuring Honolulu’s biggest movie screen, with 4K digital projection and the state-of-the-art Dolby Atmos sound system, TITAN XC is the most immersive cinematic experience in Hawaii. Dolby Atmos delivers the latest sound technology to moviegoers in TITAN XC. Additional ceiling speakers, powerful bass, and best-quality subwoofers propel you into the story with moving audio that flows all around you with breathtaking realism.
13. What is The Premiere?
A new cinema experience at Ward Theatres, The Premiere elevates moviegoing with an expanded menu of gourmet concession bites, reserved seating, and an exclusive wing where guests 21 and over can enjoy craft beer & wine from a dedicated bar.
14. Why do you have "21+" showtimes?
All guests visiting The Premiere Wing must be 21 or older. Showtimes are marked "21+" on our website to indicate that movie is in The Premiere.
15. What is Mahalo Tuesday?
Mahalo Tuesday is our way of saying thank you to our loyal customers. Special discounts ($6 Movies, $10 Movies in TITAN XC and The Premiere, $2 Hot Dogs, and $2 Popcorn) are available every Tuesday to EXTRAS members at Ward, Pearlridge West, Koko Marina, and Ko’olau theatres.
