ONE MAN, TWO GUVNORS - NT Live encore
190 min | NR
In Nicholas Hytner’s sold–out, five star production of ONE MAN, TWO GUVNORS, by Richard Bean (based on The Servant of Two Masters by Carlo Goldoni), sex, food, and money are high on the agenda. Returning to the National Theatre for the first time since he premiered in the original cast of The History Boys, James Corden stars as Francis Henshall, who is desperately hungry in post-war Britain and decides to work for two guvnors in the hopes of being paid quicker and finally, finally getting to have a proper meal. Little does he know, those two masters are both in disguise and in love.
